 Brief Job Description:

Lathe Operator is also known as a Lathe Machinist. Lathe Operator is responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring lathe or turning machines, shaping or threading wire, rod or bar stock. A lathe operator studies blueprints and tooling instructions to determine the correct procedure for machining the component in such a manner that facilitates maximum efficiency in tool usage and time. The operator also performs machine maintenance and checks tools for signs of wear.

Personal Attributes:

The job requires an individual to work long hours. The individual should have good understanding of the Lathe machine including technical aspects, associated tools and equipment. The individual should have proper knowledge of the service related activities, schedules and preventive maintenance of the Lathe machine. The individual should be hard working and should have manual dexterity.

Minimum Educational Qualifications: Class VIII

Maximum Educational Qualifications: Graduate degree or diploma in any discipline.

 

  1. Mason General

Sector: Construction, Pack Code:  CON/Q0103, NVQF Level: 4

Role Description:

To work as a skilled Mason and perform routine masonry works such as brickwork, block work, laying paver blocks, random rubble masonry works & pointing and plastering with simple finishes by using appropriate tools and equipments. The job role also includes laying IPS & Tremix flooring and cementations waterproofing works as per requirement, under the supervision of level-4 mason and above as per applicability. Also the jobholder should be able to supervise & engage the mason level- 2 and below suitably and productively.

Theory: 80 Hours, Practical: 280 Hours, Total Hours: 400

Minimum Educational Qualifications: Class V

Maximum Educational Qualifications: Graduate degree or diploma in any discipline

  1. Junior Mechanic   (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation)

Role Description:

Mechanic (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation) supports the equipment operation by conducting inspections and preventive maintenance. His job role involves skilled mechanical and electrical work such as installing, maintaining and repairing electrical and related equipment etc. in infrastructure.

Total Hours: 120

  1. Retail Team Leader (MBA).

Occupation: Store Operations

Personal Attributes: This job requires the individual to have thorough knowledge of various technology trends and processes as well as have updated knowledge about database management systems and IT initiatives. The individual should have fast and accurate typing / data encoding. This job involves working in a personal computer, and appropriate software to enter accurate data regarding different issues like retrieving data from a computer or to a computer.
