Proctorial System

The proctorial system is the one under which each faculty is assigned with a responsibility of an average of 25 students. This proctorial system is used for personal counseling of the students. The proctor shall assist in academic and overall development of the students. Once a faculty is nominated as proctor to a student, he/she will continue as a proctor for all the four year duration (i.e till the completion of course )due to which a close relationship will be between the faculty (proctor) & student which further helps in student success i.e for their overall development. Proctor meetings are conducted every week to know their grievances & to guide the students in a right way. Finally this system helps the students to complete their studies comfortably & successfully.
