PG CSE Overview

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was started in 2001 with the intake of 60 and has been raised by 120 in the academic year 2006 . The  Department has grown rapidly ever since its establishment.

Following this success; M.Tech.  programme in CSE was introduced in the academic year 2010-11 and Research centre approved by VTU in the year 2014-15.The Program is certified with ISO 9001:2008 standard and also was accredited by National Board of Accreditation(NBA) [in the period 2009 to 2012].It feels pleasing to state that the department has adopted MOOC courses as a part of curriculum. Department is strongly involved in research and development activities and has received a total grant of more than 8 million from various boards of state and central government
